Plaubel Makina 67 with Efke 25 film

Today I am posting photos taken with one of my last EFKE 25 film rolls. It is one of the many films that have been discontinued during the past years, and one of my favorite for its classic look.

A film with ISO 25 requires light, but at the same time is very convenient for shooting a medium format camera like my MAKINA 67 wide open in broad daylight without the use of a ND filter.

Development was done with R09 developer.

    I loved Agfapan 25.
Efke is actually coming from it, though not equal quality.

    Hallo Konstantinos :

I really enjoyed reading your experience with The Plaubel Makina 67. I had so wanted this camera when I was in my teens and started to work as a younger man.

I’ve read in Sony Rumours that they MIGHT style their new 50-megapixel model in a camera body like the Mamiya 7 which I remember was copied somewhat after the Makina 67. I think a digital folding camera would really be swell in sucha nice small package AND hi-res !
I doubt that I’d ever go back to shooting film again but I do love to see the images people take with it and your are no exception. Beautifull, contemplative and highest quality ! Keep up the good work !

Thank you ! The Makina 67 is indeed a wonderful camera. I have months to shoot film but I will probably start shooting again in order to be able to use this camera again!
