Just one image for today’s post.I just got back from a daily photo trip, where I did some good images (mostly infrared).
I had though of taking the Nikon D800E with me, but since there I was going to walk for quite a long distance, I decided to pack only the Leica M8 with three lenses (15,21,28), and the Plaubel Makina 67 camera. Small bag, light weight, and everything was fine.
With the exception of terrible ISO performance above ISO 640, the M8 is still after all those years, a fascinating camera. The sharpness on the stone wall at the image above, even at 100% zoom crop, is really unbelievable even for today’s standards.
